Data collected on this site
- Contact form: first name, last name, work email, company, job title, organisation size, subject and message.
- Situation of the month sign-up: your email address, if you sign up.
- Situation of the month access request: first name, last name, work email, company, job title and, if you tick the box, your consent to receive the situation of the month.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your requests and, where relevant, preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest.
- Sending you the situation of the month or the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
The data is intended for the Practicio teams. Site forms are collected by Webflow, which hosts the site, then managed in our HubSpot CRM, whose Practicio account is hosted in HubSpot's European data region.
Retention periods
Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, in line with CNIL recommendations. Newsletter and situation of the month sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. Data of platform users
